1. CSR Policy
LCODE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is committed to leveraging technology to create a positive social, environmental, and economic impact. Guided by its core values of innovation, sustainability, and community development, the Company undertakes Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Companies (CSR Policy) Rules, 2014.
The Company focuses on areas such as:

CSR activities are implemented directly or through eligible partners, with active employee participation, and are monitored by the CSR Committee to ensure transparency, accountability, and meaningful impact. 2. Composition of CSR Committee
The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee of Lcode Technologies Private Limited was constituted on 1st August 2025 in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013. The Committee is responsible for formulating and recommending the CSR Policy, identifying and approving CSR projects and expenditures, and monitoring the implementation and impact of CSR initiatives undertaken by the Company, ensuring alignment with statutory requirements and organizational objectives.

During the financial year 2024-25 and 2025-26, LCode Technologies Private Limited undertook its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives primarily through contributions to reputed charitable and non-profit organizations engaged in social welfare activities.
